In RNA processing
Many are involved in modifying the RNAS RNAS others. Introns are grafted onto pre-mRNA by spliceosomes, which contain several small nuclear RNA (snRNA) [1] or ribozymes can be spliced introns are the same. [45] The RNA can also be modified to take its nucleotides modified nucleotides other than A, C, G and U. In eukaryotes, changes in RNA nucleotides directs usually small nucleolar RNAs (snoRNAs, 60-300 nt) [25] can be found in the nucleolus and Cajal bodies. snoRNA combine enzymes and direct them to the site of RNA basepairing this RNA. These enzymes then perform nucleotide change. rRNA and tRNA are significant changes, but the snRNAs and mRNAs can also be a base change of destination. [46] [47]
